Trump Admin Sends 'Rescissions' Request to Congress, Would End Funding for Public Broadcasting

The Trump administration sent a $9.4 billion budget rescissions request to Congress. Rescissions ask lawmakers to 'take-back' money it has allocated but that the administration can't or won't spend.
