Immediate Declassification of Materials Related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation

The order directs Federal agencies to declassify materials related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Crossfire Hurricane Investigation. The Attorney General is to make these declassified materials available to the public immediately, with exceptions for materials that remain classified, are protected from disclosure by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, or contain certain personally identifiable information. The Director of National Intelligence and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency are also recipients of this directive.
