Presidential Determination Concerning the Air Force’s Jet Fighter Training Operations in Idaho, Oregon, and Nevada

The order directs federal agencies to exempt the United States Air Force’s jet fighter training operations in Idaho, Oregon, and Nevada from Federal, State, interstate, and local requirements, administrative authority, process, and sanctions related to the control and abatement of water pollution, while preserving requirements under 33 U.S.C. 1316 and 1317.
