Advancing Regenerative Agriculture and Strengthening American Farm Resilience

The order directs federal agencies to promote regenerative and precision agriculture by increasing federal investment, reducing regulatory barriers, and strengthening public‑private partnerships to modernize farms and boost soil health, profitability, and market access. It instructs EPA to prioritize registration of alternative pesticide active ingredients and review pre‑harvest desiccation uses and labeling, and directs USDA and HHS, along with EPA, to expedite development of a cumulative exposure research framework using New Approach Methodologies and to expand research, education, and outreach on regenerative practices.
