Death of Senator Lindsey Graham

This proclamation orders that the flag of the United States be flown at half‑staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts and naval stations, naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia, throughout the United States and its territories and possessions, and at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including military facilities and naval vessels and stations, from July 13, 2026 until 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026. The directive is issued as a mark of respect for the memory and longstanding service of Senator Lindsey Graham.
