Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence

The order directs federal agencies to establish a national policy framework for Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Attorney General is instructed to form an AI Litigation Task Force to challenge state AI laws that conflict with this national policy. The Secretary of Commerce is directed to evaluate existing state AI laws, identifying those that conflict with the national policy, and those that should be referred to the Task Force.
