Winning the 6G Race

The order directs federal agencies to prioritize the development and implementation of 6G mobile communications networks, citing their importance to national security, foreign policy, and economic prosperity. Specifically, the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information is instructed to study the 7.125-7.4 GHz spectrum frequencies for potential relocation of existing systems and reallocation for commercial use.
